Paying up to $100k package The Firm: Our client is a mid-tier law firm with offices across Australia, committed to investing in legal innovation programs to develop better strategies and solutions for their people and clients. The firm has modern offices in the heart of Sydney CBD, close to train stations and other transport links. You will move around as needed to cover annual leave, sick leave, long service and other absences, also when teams need an extra pair of hands. Duties include: Extensive diary and email management End-of-month billing Matter management Liaising with clients About You: Given that this role is within one of Australia's top law firms, a legal background is essential. You will need experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary, supporting a partner or multiple partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and a proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position, so full Australian work rights are required. This role is not open to law students.
