Client Transport Officer (Day Program) Casual | Alice Springs, NT Join Casa Services as a Client Transport Officer to provide safe, reliable transport for clients during our Day Program, Monday to Friday. What you’ll be doing Safely transporting clients to and from the day program following scheduled routes. Assisting clients with mobility needs, including helping them enter and exit vehicles. Maintaining accurate transport records and incident reports. Completing basic vehicle safety checks and reporting maintenance issues. Communicating respectfully with clients, staff, and program managers to foster positive relationships. Upholding confidentiality and respecting client rights, privacy, and cultural backgrounds. What We’re Looking For Qualifications and Licences NT C Class driver licence; Heavy Rigid (HR) licence highly desirable. Current NDIS worker screening clearance. Current national police clearance with no driving offences. Evidence of right to work in Australia. COVID‑19 vaccination (2 doses + booster). First aid certificate, including current CPR. Experience and Skills At least 5 years of professional driving experience. Confidence in operating heavy rigid vehicles and understanding of road rules. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of safe manual handling techniques. A strong commitment to client safety and well‑being. Bonus Points Current working with children’s card. Experience working with vulnerable or diverse populations, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
