More details are on our website: About the role An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Person to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Display Maintenance Manager, this role is accountable for upkeep and maintenance of our display homes. This position is primarily based in the North, North West and West, with occasional travel to other regions. Responsibilities Undertake maintenance tasks such as general carpentry, plaster repairs and painting, door maintenance, caulking and other general maintenance Maintain regular communication with the Display Maintenance Manager Ensure all work is completed to VBA Standards and Tolerances and Mimosa Home Quality and Branding Attend regular meetings with Maintenance Supervisors to ensure all jobs are up to date or completed Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is highly regarded Solid knowledge of VBA standards and tolerances Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines High attention to detail In return Supportive and fun workplace culture Attractive remuneration package relevant to experience and ability Opportunity to be part of a growing business and contribute to its future growth Please note: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
