Located in Tallebudgera Valley within the Gold Coast Hinterland, Gwinganna is an innovative, premium quality wellness retreat offering a unique and rewarding work environment. With 220 employees and contractors, we understand our team is our greatest asset. The Role Gwinganna is seeking an experienced Maintenance / Grounds person to join our team, starting on a casual 38 hour week basis. Your responsibilities will include: Complete routine & scheduled maintenance activities General repairs to the sites infrastructure & plant Assist in completing upgrades & projects onsite Grounds maintenance Gardening tasks Pool maintenance Waste & recycling activities Comply with Work Health & Safety policies & procedures To be considered for the role, you must have: Availability to be on a On Call Weekend roster Demonstrated recent & relevant experience in a Maintenance / Grounds person role A physically fitness level to meet the demands of the role An ability to work autonomously or as part of a team Proficient in the use of power & hand tools Proficient in operating powered gardening equipment Hold a current license with own transport Proven history of being punctual & reliable Consensus and committed to meeting the responsibilities of the role To apply, please submit a recent resume detailing your experience by clicking on the ‘Apply for this job’ button above.
