Grounds Maintenance Service Person

Pure Magic Domestic and Commercial Services – Townsville QLD Due to an internal promotion, Pure Magic lawn and garden care service has a position available for a full-time grounds maintenance service person. This is an opportunity to join a well known grounds maintenance business as a full-time ongoing contractor to carry out regular weekly / biweekly grounds maintenance services to a variety of commercial, body corporate and domestic properties. This position is offered on a nine‑day fortnight. There is no upfront financial outlay by you, as all work, equipment and the trailer will be supplied by Pure Magic Services, so you get to earn from day 1. To be successful in this role you will need a minimum full open C class licence; you will need to have or be willing to obtain an ABN and have a Ute/Vehicle capable of towing a large tandem‑axle mowing trailer. Experience in grounds maintenance will be highly regarded but not required; a four‑week training program will be provided working side‑by‑side with an experienced operator. Responsibilities Carry out regular weekly or biweekly grounds maintenance services for a variety of commercial, body corporate and domestic properties. Work independently to manage your own job schedule. Provide good customer service, service quality and attention to detail. Qualifications Full open C class licence Ability to obtain an ABN Vehicle capable of towing a large tandem‑axle mowing trailer Knowledge of irrigation maintenance and repairs (preferred) Elevated platform ticket (preferred) WPCG clearance card (preferred) Benefits and Earnings Autonomous role working outdoors with a support and backing system.
