Grounds Maintenance Person | Landscaping Location: Kwinana Beach WAAvailability: Immediate start available or 1-2 weeks' time Indigenous Managed Services are a well-respected Government‑approved contractor and supplier of land management and grounds maintenance services. Our experienced team – comprising both Indigenous and non‑Indigenous professionals – brings specialist expertise across environmental assessment, horticulture, landscaping, irrigation, re‑vegetation, fencing, and site rehabilitation. With a strong focus on sustainability and cultural knowledge, we deliver high‑quality solutions across a wide range of land care and environmental services. IMS is seeking an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in their work and wishes to work with a friendly and supportive team. This role is a secure permanent and long‑term Grounds Maintenance position on the Kwinana strip. The Role: Cut/mow grassed areas (Ride On Mowers) Whipper snipping Remove and control weeds Weed spraying Mulching Hedging Labouring as required Preferred Experience: Strong commitment to working in a safe manner, whilst understanding and complying with site/company OH&S regulations and procedures. Able to operate plant and equipment including ride‑on mowers and whipper snipper. Must have own transport. Able to pass a Drug and alcohol check and Medical.
