Relationship Manager â grow ethical referrals in the NDIS sector

The Role We are hiring a Relationship Manager to grow Insight PBS through smart outreach and strong partnerships. You will engage referrers and sector stakeholders promote our Positive Behaviour Support services and keep communication clear on service availability and lead times. You will report to the Marketing & Engagement Manager and work closely with Allocations and Clinical Operations. Your focus is referral quality conversion and brand credibility. About Us We are an NDIS registered behaviour support provider. We work with participants with complex support needs across multiple states. We care about ethical marketing trauma-informed practice and doing what we say we will do. You will be backed by leaders who want you to learn fast show good judgment and build relationships that last.
