Purpose The primary purpose of this role is to proactively work with key Automotive Dealerships within the state, to proactively build long‑lasting relationships, to grow a profitable Angle Auto retail book. Core responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of dealerships, achieving volume, penetration, and business targets Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels Conduct regular dealership visits, performance reviews, and strategy planning Deliver training, product knowledge sessions and support dealer staff Identify new business opportunities and support dealers in maximising customer conversions Analyse portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive insights to drive outcomes Work collaboratively with internal teams including credit, settlements, operations and marketing Ensure compliance, governance and quality standards are upheld Qualifications Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or Finance – Desirable Experience Proven experience in dealer or business development management, ideally in financial services, automotive, or related industries Strong relationship-building and influencing skills Comfortable working to targets and delivering commercial results Confident communicator with the ability to train, present and engage stakeholders Analytical thinker able to interpret data and apply insight to strategy Self‑motivated, organised and able to work autonomously in the field A proactive mindset – someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes Employee Benefits Birthday leave: Enjoy a day off on your birthday, because you deserve it.
