About the Role Prime Retail Property is a Melbourne‑based team helping landlords unlock value through smart leasing, sharp strategy, and hands‑on delivery. We’re growing and looking for a Retail Leasing Executive to join our full‑time, hybrid role based in Melbourne. Responsibilities Work closely with the Director across a diverse asset portfolio — driving outcomes, building retailer relationships, and delivering deals that matter. Be in‑market, meeting tenants, running inspections, and negotiating face‑to‑face — not buried in admin. Take full ownership of your leasing pipeline, with direct access to leadership and support. Qualifications 3+ years’ leasing experience in shopping centres — ideally with a REIT, landlord‑side agency, or managing your own portfolio. Bring your own retailer contacts and demonstrable deal flow — you know how to generate opportunities, not just work a handover list. Understand asset strategy, tenancy mix, and how sales drive value. Prefer conversations over email threads. Organised, commercially sharp, and know how to close. Take pride in your follow‑through, energy, and standard of work.
