The Opportunity We're seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team. Based in South Yarra with national responsibilities, you'll manage a portfolio of retail leases, negotiate renewals, and support leasing for development projects. If you're passionate about retail property, enjoy building strong tenant relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you What You’ll Be Doing >Manage a national portfolio of retail leases for Australia's leading retailers. Negotiate lease renewals and assist with pipeline development leasing projects. Implement strategic leasing campaigns to attract new tenants. Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate lease records. Collaborate with internal teams including Asset Management, Development & Finance. Provide market intelligence to support acquisitions and rental review negotiations. Maintain lease and tenant data using Cirrus8, SharePoint, and CPG. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ retail or shopping centre leasing experience (Landlord or Tenant side). Knowledge of State Retail Leasing Acts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Cirrus8, SharePoint, & CPG highly regarded. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented. Passion for property and delivering exceptional client service.
