New Pharmacy seeking Full or Part-time Pharmacists We are building a pharmacy that actually serves people, not just prescriptions. We’re looking for a full-time pharmacist who wants to grow with us, shape the culture from day one, and become a trusted face for our local community and aged‑care partners. We are looking for pharmacists with any experience level. You will be part of a new team, right at the start of our journey creating a new pharmacy experience in the bayside area. We are excited to add a new member of the family and join us for an amazing opportunity to work with an experienced manager and owner to help build this new pharmacy from the ground up. About the Pharmacy New / growing community pharmacy with a strong focus on: Aged care (nursing homes, dose admin aids, medication reviews) Warm, non‑judgemental service for every walk of life Supportive, hands‑on pharmacist manager who will be working alongside you Located in the Bayside area Your Role as it grows As a clinical pharmacist, you will be a key part of the pharmacy team. Be a part of our professional work culture and high‑performing team, aiming to exceed the expectations of all patients. As a new pharmacy with a small prescription volume, you will have plenty of support to develop your skills alongside the manager and retail team. At this stage we would like someone able to open the store in the mornings at 8am, 3‑5 days per week, finish times are flexible to what suits you and these shifts will be flexible in the near future. In the near future we will be adding some aged‑care clinical pharmacy services, some professional service programs, so you will have an opportunity to learn these areas with an experienced management team and grow your skill set. Goals To deliver quality, consistent and reliable pharmacy services to our patients, including the preparation, reporting and delivery of medications and services to the local patient base. We currently look after a small number of pharmacotherapy patients, a handful of DAA patients and would like to grow our service offering to the local area. Help build and refine our systems, workflows and service model as we grow Mentor and support the dispensary and front‑of‑shop team Bring ideas – we want your input to shape our pharmacy that serves the community better.
