We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Warranty Clerk to support our Service and Warranty teams while developing the skills required to become a certified Warranty professional. About the Role As a Trainee Warranty Clerk, you will learn to manage the administrative and compliance aspects of the warranty process while working closely with experienced Service, Workshop, and Parts staff. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a desire to grow their career with a premium brand. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and submission of warranty claims to Mercedes-Benz. Support the review of repair orders, technician notes, and parts usage for accuracy and compliance. Learn and follow manufacturer warranty guidelines and dealership procedures. Maintain warranty files and documentation to audit-ready standards. Work with the Service and Parts teams to resolve claim discrepancies. Assist in tracking claim statuses and following up outstanding items. Provide general administrative support to the Service Department. About You Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively. Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
