Requirements Must be willing to work in smoking areas Previous customer service experience is essential Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential Bar and gaming service experience is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and Excellent interpersonal skills.
