Burek House Corrimal, Warrawong & Berkeley – 2 Positions Available Position 1 – Assistant Burek Maker / Baker in Berkeley kitchen (experience not necessary, we'll train you) Position 2 – Customer Service All-rounder including baking ready-made product (alternating between Corrimal, Warrawong, and Berkeley) Permanent stable position – Do not apply if you are on a work holiday visa or have less than 2 years of study or a skilled visa. School hours are not compatible. Applicants must have a minimum of 24 months remaining on their visa or permanent residency status. Burek Take-Away All Rounder – Front & Back of House (Multi-tasking Independently) Location – Corrimal, Berkeley, and Warrawong (alternate) Position – Part Time / Full Time Monday-Sunday (minimum 3 days) 7-8 hour shift. Must also be available some weekend days & some early 4 am-6 am starts – Morning shift (4 am-1 pm) or (6 am-3 pm). Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for early morning shifts. Note: You will need a driver's license and a car to make early shifts (4 am-1 pm) but not necessary for afternoons (12-6 pm) full shift. Afternoon shifts available (12 pm - 6 pm). Description / Criteria Provide professional, friendly, enthusiastic customer service. Good conversational English proficiency is required to deliver professional and friendly customer service. Ability to work in a fast-pace, high-energy environment. Ability to Multi-Task, Work Independently, prioritize, time-manage and complete tasks. Able to bake (we will train) with product knowledge and understanding of product and coffee variants (automatic machine barista qualifications not required). Work independently (cooking, coffee, and customer service), including set-up & clean-down kitchen sections, food prep, packaging and production. Have an understanding of health and safety responsibilities. Job can lead to full-time managerial position to manage a store that is well-paid for the right candidate who is invested to join our team (6-month probation period). Job Type Part-time Application Question(s) Are you able to work some 4 am morning starts? Or are you able to do a full afternoon shift 12-6 pm if you can't do a 4 am start?
