Base pay range A$105.00/hr - A$115.00/hr Direct message the job poster from TRS Staffing Solutions Account Manager & Recruitment Lead @ TRS Staffing Solutions HSE Advisor - Incident and Injury Coordinator | 2:1 Roster Purpose: To lead and enhance incident management processes that ensure operational continuity, safety, and compliance across the organization. Core Responsibilities HSE Oversight: Apply advanced HSE knowledge to promote safe work environments. Promote and foster Company HSE standards and goals with programs throughout the Company and/or project to confirm a safe and productive work environment Develop and monitor Incident and injury programs and contribute to project planning documents. Conduct HSE Specialist Duties as required Oversee the full lifecycle of incidents—from identification to resolution. Act as the central coordinator during incidents, ensuring timely communication and response. Maintain detailed incident logs and analyze trends for continuous improvement. Work closely with HSE and other departments and elevate issues when needed. Provide training and ensure adherence to incident and injury management protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Preferred: Workers Compensation and Injury Management Experience Qualification minimum Certificate 1V in HSE Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: Prior experience in incident management or similar roles. Mining and Construction experience HSE Experience Skills & Attributes: Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Analytical mindset for identifying trends and driving improvements. Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
