BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WARDROBE & SHOWER SCREENS SALES Custom Built Wardrobes and Shower Screens – Newcastle NSW Business Development Manager – Wardrobes & Shower Screens Location: Newcastle, NSWSalary: $80,000 – $90,000 + commissionsType: Full-time Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in wardrobes, shower screens, or related building products ? We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Newcastle and Hunter region. About the Role You will build and maintain relationships with builders, renovators, and developers while promoting our high-quality wardrobe and shower screen solutions. This is a results‑driven role where your industry knowledge and network will help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders Generate new business and follow up on warm leads Prepare and present quotes, tenders, and proposals Meet and exceed sales targets Conduct regular site visits and client meetings Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently advise clients About You ✔ Proven experience in wardrobe, shower screen, or similar building product sales ✔ Established industry contacts (advantageous) ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔ Results-focused with the ability to work autonomously ✔ Strong organizational and follow‑up skills ✔ Current driver’s licence What We Offer $80,000 – $90,000 base salary Attractive commissions and incentives Supportive team with strong operational backing Career growth opportunities in a growing company Company vehicle or allowance (optional to include if relevant) How to Apply Send your resume and a brief cover letter to ******@cbwss.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
