On-site Posted 1 day ago About the role Join Macrobe - Built in Wardrobes as a Built in Wardrobe Sales Representative on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium custom built-in wardrobes to customers in the Melbourne - South-east & Eastern areas. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the continued growth and success of our brand. What you will be doing Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored wardrobe solutions A valid driver's licence is preferred but flexible for conducting customer visits Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for custom built-in wardrobes Close sales and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry to installation Collaborate with the design team to create innovative wardrobe designs that exceed customer expectations Maintain a strong understanding of our product range, features, and benefits Achieve and exceed individual sales targets Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with our clients What we're looking for Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement or interior design industry A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience is required for this role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to close sales Creative flair and an eye for design to help customers visualise their ideal wardrobe Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using sales software and tools such as Cabinet Vision is a bonus although simple sketches will also suffice Has their own client base for wardrobe leads and sales Australian work authorisation is not restricted for this position What we offer Competitive commission-based remuneration structure Ongoing product and sales training to support your professional development Flexible work arrangements to maintain a healthy work-life balance Opportunities for career progression within the company A collaborative and supportive team culture About us Macrobe - Built in Wardrobes is a leading provider of premium custom built-in wardrobes in Melbourne.
