What you will be doing This role is responsible for managing and growing a sales territory across all of Tasmania, with a focus on servicing Bunnings and Independent Hardware Stores. Key responsibilities include: Implementing sales activities to secure new business and grow existing accounts Servicing a structured call cycle, with overnight travel approximately twice per fortnight Merchandising stores, including relays and new store setups Building strong relationships with key customer decision-makers Using data to identify opportunities and inform your strategy Optimising CRM and call cycle planning tools like FieldKo Becoming a champion of key systems such as Phocas, D&R, and FieldKo What’s on offer Competitive salary package with superannuation and a fully maintained company vehicle Mobile phone and iPad Team-based national incentive scheme Ongoing coaching and development Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family Great discounts on Tradeware products A strong, friendly, learning and team-based culture Flexibility: while the role is advertised as full-time, we’re open to exploring both an 8‑day or 9‑day fortnight. About you We’re looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy, and positive individual to join our TAS sales team. Ideally, you’ll be based in Launceston, with the ability to manage a territory covering all of Tasmania.
