Our mission is to deliver high‑quality meals and memorable experiences to every guest, celebrating local ingredients and culinary excellence in a welcoming environment. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Chef to join our team on a permanent full‑time basis (minimum 38 hours per week) at 4260 Great Eastern Highway, Mahogany Creek WA 6072. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion controls, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal produce and special dietary requirements. Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and consistency. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and minimise waste. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service periods. Requirements Proven minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef in a busy commercial kitchen. Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III & IV) or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Australian food safety and hygiene standards. Excellent organisational, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high‑quality standards. Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. What We Offer Competitive salary within the range of $72,000 – $80,000. Permanent full‑time position with a minimum of 38 hours per week.
