Tourism & Lifestyle Sales Rep (Hunter Role) $65,000–70,000 + super + weekly bonuses (OTE $90k–95k+) About the Role We’re rolling out a new tourism platform across the Gold Coast and need a driven sales rep to join our team. This is a hunter role — you’ll be out every day signing up hotels, bars, restaurants, activity suppliers and retail outlets like gyms, salons, cinemas and souvenir stores. The pitch is simple: our platform is free for venues, generates ongoing revenue, and gives their guests a better experience. Once venues are live, you hand them to our account team and focus on new wins. This role suits someone who loves fast wins, variety and growth opportunities. What You’ll Do Sign up hotels, bars, activities and retail partners face‑to‑face. Deliver brochures, maps and QR materials to new venues. Trial and build new categories (gyms, salons, souvenir stores, cinemas). Keep accurate records and hit rollout targets. Be ready to lead future rollouts in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Cairns. What We’re Looking For Sales drive — comfortable making 10+ face‑to‑face calls per day. Confident closer — can pitch hotel GMs and retail shop owners. Adaptable communicator — hotels one day, souvenir shops the next. Creative — sees opportunities others miss. 1–3 years’ sales experience (hospitality, FMCG, retail or tourism ideal). Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting. Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport for daily territory coverage. Eligible to work in Australia (citizenship, PR or valid work visa). What We Offer Base salary: $65,000–70,000 + super. Weekly bonuses: Earn up to $500–$1,000 per week (structured by volume, capped for predictability).
