As a full‑time Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base within the local market. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to showcase your sales expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. What you’ll be doing Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. Scheduling and conducting in‑person sales meetings and presentations to showcase our scaffolding solutions. Developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their unique needs and requirements. Providing tailored solutions and proposals to clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and pipeline. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Continuously seeking opportunities to expand our market share and identify new avenues for growth. What we’re looking for Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the construction or scaffolding industry, with scaffold ticket experience and a clear understanding of scaffolding applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs. Ambitious, self‑motivated, and driven to exceed and drive business growth. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Familiarity with the local construction and scaffolding market, including key players and industry trends.
