We are a well-established, fun-focused and professional organisation that continues to grow. We are therefore looking to appoint a new Sales Representatives to assist our organisation at this exciting time. The Opportunity This is a key role within our company, one that will be instrumental to driving growth and building business relationships. As a member of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for the following: Find and secure new business Planning, development and execution of sales strategies in support of lead generation and business objectives Prospecting, door knocking, cold calling businesses and building new long‑term client relationships Networking and promoting the business Helping the sales team maintain focus and momentum towards individual and group goals Assisting the sales team with compiling tenders and quotes Assisting the operations teams with new contract start‑up and implementation This position operates between North Gold Coast, the Greater Brisbane area and the Sunshine Coast and majority of time is based in field. Work from Home / Hybrid working options may be available depending on location of successful applicants residing in the service area location. About You Have proven and demonstrable sales skills and achievement of budgets. As a hunter & self‑starter, you will be highly motivated and resilient to take on challenges. You are a clear and concise thinker and communicator with solid problem solving and influencing skills. You're a Sales Professional, expert in lead generation and managing your time/activities to achieve budget. Not scared to pick up the phone, door knock, in fact you love it and you possess strong cold calling skills which you apply through targeted and strategic door knocking, cold outreach and phone calls. You have good computer and systems abilities, particularly with Word, Excel, HubSpot/CRM and have an aptitude for exceptional customer service. Strong attention to detail is a must, you have process and procedures to follow. Are a master communicator, both verbally and business writing. You have a well‑developed professional focus gained in similarly dynamic industries. You are available and able to travel regularly within the service the area and occasionally beyond.
