Sales & Business Associate Representative Premier Windscreens is a trusted autoglass company dedicated to delivering high-quality windscreen repair and replacement services. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer care, fast and reliable service, and strong teamwork between our office staff and skilled glaziers. We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales & Business Associate Representative to join our team. This role combines sales support, customer service, job scheduling, and administrative coordination. You will be a key point of contact for customers, responsible for managing bookings, processing accounts received, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our autoglass technicians. Customer Service & Reception Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries. Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers regarding services, pricing, and scheduling. Maintain a welcoming and efficient front‑of‑house environment. Sales & Job Scheduling Prepare quotes, process sales enquiries, and follow up on leads. Schedule repair and replacement appointments based on technician availability and customer needs. Coordinate daily job runs and ensure accurate allocation of work to glaziers. Upsell services when suitable and provide product knowledge to customers. Administration & Accounts Manage email correspondence and daily administrative tasks. Process accounts received and assist with invoicing and payment collection. Update customer records, job statuses, and documentation accurately. Support management with reporting and other general office duties. Team Coordination Communicate with autoglass glaziers to confirm job requirements, locations, and timelines. Assist in managing stock or parts availability where required. Ensure smooth workflow between office operations and field technicians. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, reception, sales support, or a similar role (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Basic accounting or invoicing experience is an advantage. Proficiency in email, scheduling systems, and general office software. Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
