Set the Tone: Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space where everyone thrives. Stay Sharp: Anticipate needs, keep the energy up, and ensure smooth shifts. Own the Flame: Drive the energy, atmosphere, and operations to make every shift brilliant.
