LTS Service Solutions – Bentleigh East VIC Join our team as a Customer Service Representative We’re searching for a personable, dependable, and customer-oriented professional with experience or knowledge in CPAP therapy . In this office-based role, you will primarily support clients over the phone, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, appointment scheduling, and CPAP-related questions. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, efficient customer experience from the very first interaction. In addition, you will support our field team to ensure seamless service while they work remotely. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the initial point of contact for new clients, including conducting outbound calls and booking appointments Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Provide accurate information regarding products and services Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date customer records Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a high standard of service What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a customer service or support role Knowledge of CPAP devices and related services (preferred) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A patient, empathetic approach and strong customer-first mindset Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (preferred) What We Offer: Competitive salary package A supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment The chance to make a meaningful impact on the customer experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
