This is a leadership position reporting directly to the APAC Head of Business Development, where you will provide strategic direction, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure seamless operational excellence.Role FocusTeam Leadership:
Provide dynamic leadership, daily management, and remote management strategies to create a unified and efficient teamStrategic Development:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales opportunities for Contract Logistics, enhancing our market presence and customer relationshipsResource Management:
Ensure optimal resource availability and maintain high levels of product competencies to align top experts with top opportunitiesCustomer Excellence:
Maintain and elevate customer satisfaction by meeting the demands of internal and external customersCollaboration:
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify sales pipelines, support campaigns, and drive new business initiativesThe Ideal CandidateWe're seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of senior sales experience in 3PL or logistics.
