We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take on the role of Parent Pathways Program Lead. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the Parent Pathways Program across the Murray Riverina region. Based in Griffith or Wagga Wagga, you’ll lead a team of dedicated mentors, build strong community partnerships, and support parents and carers of young children to overcome barriers to education and employment. This is a full-time position that requires regular travel across the region, including Griffith, Leeton, Wagga Wagga, Corowa, Deniliquin, and surrounding areas around these towns. Key Objectives: Program Leadership & Site Management: Manage daily operations of the Parent Pathways Program and provide leadership to mentors across multiple sites. Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with local organisations and promote the program through events and outreach initiatives. Customer Support: Support parents and carers to achieve education and employment goals and connect them with appropriate services. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement across all program activities. Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Leadership, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Experience managing community, education, or employment programs (highly regarded). Strong financial literacy and experience managing budgets. Commitment to staff development and fostering a positive team culture. Current Drivers Licence and flexibility to travel across the Murray Riverina region.
