Strong proficiency with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking technologies. Experience with Juniper, Juniper MIST, Cisco, FortiGate firewalls, and Aruba wireless. Preferred experience with Fortinet SDWAN products. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, NSE4 or equivalent are a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. How will you support our “Why?” Engaging with clients to understand their network requirements and provide tailored solutions. Designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure while ensuring alignment with client objectives and specifications. Configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking equipment to meet client needs. Implementing security best practices and ensuring network integrity, providing recommendations to clients for enhancing their network security posture. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize enterprise network performance and reliability. Providing ongoing technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service offerings and provide proactive recommendations to clients. Ready to join?
