Hello Claims has delivered a ‘First to Market Assessing Technology and Claim service’ providing motor claims operational excellence across Australia and New Zealand. Our motor claims management and assessing solution covers passenger vehicles, trucks, machinery, caravans, motorcycles and motor liability claims.
The Opportunity
Manage and oversee a portfolio of motor claims, guiding customers through the entire claims process.Process claims efficiently, from initiation to resolution, providing exceptional service to our customers and clients.Act as a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and Assessors, ensuring smooth claim processing within your portfolio.Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails and respond in a timely manner.Handle communication through various channels, including email and phone.Respond to customer complaints as they arise and work with colleagues to improve internal processes.Please note, this is a remote working opportunity however only candidates currently located in Australia will be considered.

About You
Minimum 2 years’ of insurance claims experience (essential)Previous motor claims experience (highly desirable)Experienced and comfortable in communicating over the phone and via emailsSelf-starter who is able to prioritise with easeCare about the quality of your work and have strong attention to detailAlways seek to deliver great customer outcomes and can communicate with easeEnjoy collaborating with othersStrong computer skills and able to navigate new processes quickly
