Sales Director

The roleAre you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales excellence in the transport, logistics and shipping industry? We're seeking a talented Sales Director to join our senior leadership team and lead our commercial function.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive results.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our customer base and revenue streams.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and success.
Background- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the shipping or logistics industry.- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
