About the Role As Team Leader – Operations , you’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering cemetery services across our sites. From planning and scheduling to hands‑on support, you’ll ensure our grounds are maintained to the highest standards while providing compassionate service to families and stakeholders. This role combines leadership, problem-solving, and practical skills in a unique environment where no two days are the same. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team Coordinate burial services, grounds maintenance, and horticultural projects Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental standards Build strong relationships with Funeral Directors, families, and contractors Manage resources, budgets, and procurement effectively Drive continuous improvement and support staff development What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience in operational or outdoor environments Strong knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, and grounds management Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage resources Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Current SA driver’s licence and relevant operator licences (Excavator, Skid Steer, White Card) Commitment to safety, sustainability, and exceptional customer service Desirable: Certificate IV in Frontline Management or Project Management Why You’ll Love Working Here Be part of a team that truly makes a difference in the community Work in a supportive, collaborative environment Enjoy variety – no two days are alike Opportunities for professional growth and development Ready to Lead with Purpose?
