Technical Trainer & Presales Solutions Specialist The Ubiquiti Technical Trainer & Pre-Sales Solution Specialist plays a key role in driving technical excellence and solution adoption across the reseller and installer network. This dual-function role combines hands-on product expertise, technical enablement, and pre-sales solution design, ensuring partners are confident and capable in delivering Ubiquiti deployments across networking, security, surveillance, and communication product ranges. Key Responsibilities Training & Enablement Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training sessions, webinars, and workshops. Create and maintain training materials, including slide decks, lab guides, and demonstration environments. Conduct certification sessions and technical onboarding for resellers and installers. Track training attendance, feedback, and performance to measure engagement and capability growth. Provide technical consultation to sales teams and partners during the pre‑sales process. Design and validate Ubiquiti network, surveillance, access control, VoIP (and more), solutions that meet customer requirements. Assist partners with proof‑of‑concept setups, demos, and system configuration recommendations. Prepare technical documentation, network designs, and solution diagrams to support proposals. Technical Evangelism Stay up to date with Ubiquiti product updates, firmware releases, and new technologies. Represent the company and brand in webinars, trade shows, and community events. Act as a technical liaison between Ubiquiti and local partners, communicating field feedback effectively. Produce technical content such as “how‑to” videos, blogs, and setup guides. Key Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (Layer 2/3 switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, etc.) Experience with Ubiquiti UniFi Products & Platforms. Familiarity with wireless design, IP surveillance, VoIP, and security principles. Proficient in network design tools. Professional Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and online. Strong problem‑solving and analytical ability. Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, understandable explanations. Comfortable leading both large groups and one‑on‑one sessions. Comfortable presenting for video content. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a pre‑sales engineering, system integrator, or technical training role. Experience working with distributors, MSPs, or IT resellers. Basic proficiency in video editing software & online video platforms.
