Estate Works and Development Manager Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across NSW/ACT and QLD. We are inviting applications to join our permanent workforce at RAAF Richmond as an Estate Works and Development Manager, commencing January 2026. What You’ll Do Lead and manage estate works and development activities across PAS regions. Ensure alignment with Defence infrastructure strategies and compliance standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver estate development projects on time and within budget. Support planning, procurement, and execution of estate works programmes. Provide expert advice on estate development to senior leadership. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience in estate development and infrastructure management. Strong understanding of Defence estate planning and compliance frameworks. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and reporting for infrastructure projects. Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or related fields. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes. Why Downer?
