Guest Services Agent

Job Overview Do you love helping people and being part of a great team? Then this role is for you. Our team are passionate about both guest service and property management and are building a supportive workplace culture built around teamwork, regardless of the department or role. This casual role is predominantly guest facing at Hotel reception, assisting with guest service, day to day hotel operation and minor maintenance as well as being on call after hours on occasion. Hours and Availability Expected hours for the role are approximately 15 hours per week and evening and weekend availability is a must to be able to maximise working hours. Shared duties in housekeeping will also be considered for the right candidate to be able to increase weekly hours. Key Responsibilities Guest‑facing role at the hotel reception, assisting with guest service, day‑to‑day hotel operation, minor maintenance, and occasional on‑call after hours.
