What You’ll Be Doing Creative editing of real estate, lifestyle, and brand testimonial videos Producing short‑form social content for a variety of clients Shooting on‑location: properties, lifestyle scenes, interviews, and BTS content Collaborating with clients on‑site and helping them feel comfortable on camera Bringing fresh creative ideas to elevate our content output Maintaining a consistent, polished aesthetic aligned with the Nuance Creative brand What We’re Looking For Highly skilled in post‑production, especially DaVinci Resolve Capable behind the camera (real estate exposure a bonus, not essential) Creative, organised, and efficient with an eye for detail Friendly, confident, and comfortable working directly with clients Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease Proactive, reliable, and keen to be part of a long‑term team environment No formal qualifications are required — but you must be able to showcase impressive examples of your work.
