Create scroll‑stopping short‑form video and social content for a diverse group of Australian companies and their CEO. If you thrive on variety, can move quickly from concept to camera to cut, and love shaping executive and brand stories, this role is for you. Stability: permanent full‑time , in‑house position (this role cannot be done remotely). The opportunity Reporting to senior leadership, you'll be the go‑to creator responsible for planning, producing and publishing short videos and social content that drive awareness, engagement and trust across multiple brands. You'll split your time between our Barangaroo office and location shoots (one day per week) at sites across the Sydney metro area, offices, campuses, factories, developments and events. What you'll do Own the content calendar for multiple brands and the CEO: plan, storyboard, schedule and publish Capture and edit short‑form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn snippets) with crisp hooks, snappy pacing and on‑brand captions Write sharp copy for posts, headlines and thumbnails; tailor voice for corporate, community and executive audiences Direct, interview and coach talent (including senior executives) to bring authentic stories to life Shoot on the go: film B‑roll and to‑camera pieces on location around Sydney (min. 1 day/week) Edit quickly and cleanly using your preferred NLE (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut) and basic motion/graphics Proficient in at least one professional video editing software from the preferred suite (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut) Publish and report: track performance, extract insights and iterate content based on data Manage assets and approvals across stakeholders, ensuring compliance with privacy, brand and sector‑specific requirements Stay on trend: proactively pitch ideas inspired by platform trends and business priorities What you'll bring A portfolio/reel of short‑form video and social posts (please include links) 1–4+ years in a content creator / videographer / social role (agency or in‑house) Proven ability to film, light and record audio with mobile and/or mirrorless/DSLR kits Strong editing skills for vertical formats, captions, subtitles and sound design Confident copywriting and an eye for storytelling and thumbnail/title optimisation Comfortable working with executives and subject‑matter experts across varied industries Highly organised: can juggle multiple brands, deadlines and approvals Willing to travel across the Sydney metro area regularly (at least one day per week) Full working rights in Australia Nice to have (not essential) Current NSW driver's licence and access to transport Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects), Lightroom or Canva Familiarity with LinkedIn's executive voice and thought‑leadership content Understanding of privacy considerations in education, legal and housing contexts What's on offer Permanent, full‑time role based in Barangaroo, NSW Opportunity to shape content strategy end‑to‑end across multiple industries A supportive team that values initiative, creativity and practical execution How to apply Please apply via SEEK with: Your CV A short cover note (3–5 lines on why you're a fit) Links to your portfolio/reel (3–5 examples of short‑form video and social posts) We value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
