About The Opportunity In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support Aboriginal young people and families to access culturally safe drug and alcohol care. Provide flexible assessment, referral and case management within a multidisciplinary team. Strengthen pathways between Drug and Alcohol Services, Nunyara Aboriginal Health Unit, and Aboriginal Community NGOs. Contribute to health education, health promotion and quality improvement initiatives. Apply holistic knowledge of Aboriginal community needs to improve health outcomes.
