What You'll Do Gain deep knowledge across our products, client workflows, and the financial industry. Build consultative relationships with clients to understand their goals and tailor solutions using the FactSet product suite. Identify opportunities to improve client integration and usage of our tools by understanding their technology and data landscape. Partner across internal teams to implement solutions that enhance client experience and product efficiency. Act as the voice of the client to drive continuous product innovation and support. Who We Are Looking For Australian Citizen / Australian PR / New Zealand Citizen. Graduates or finance professionals with less than 3 years of working experience. Bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science majors preferred, but all majors considered). Passionate about technology and its application in finance. Eager to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Strong communicator, problem solver, and relationship builder. Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
