Benefits Close to Public Transport – St Vincent’s Excellent Working Conditions – 9am to 5pm, No Late Finishes Solo Physician Practice Our client, a highly regarded solo physician, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy and well-established practice. You will be the key point of contact for patients and the doctor, confidently managing phones, enquiries, and administrative tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Schedule and confirm patient appointments Diary and calendar management Process patient payments, invoicing and receipting Lodge Medicare claims and rebates Manage incoming emails and correspondence Support busy consulting sessions Scan and upload documents Coordinate recalls Daily banking and reconciliation Order office and medical supplies About You: To succeed in this role, you will have : Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative setting A warm, professional approach and a high standard of patient care Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail The ability to multitask and think on your feet Confidence working independently Experience with Gentu (highly regarded but not essential) If you are looking for a stable, well-supported role with excellent working hours, we would love to hear from you.
