Junior Business Development Representative At Just Careers Training (Licences 4 Work), we’re one of Australia’s leading Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), providing nationally recognised training across multiple states and industries. About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Business Development Representative to join our Cardiff team, for an immediate start. This role is ideal for an entry-level or developing sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business outcomes within the Employment Services Provider sector. You’ll work directly with our National Employment Pathways Manager to drive strategic business development initiatives—supporting new client acquisition, expanding partnerships, and managing key accounts to grow our employment services footprint. What You’ll Do Support the analysis and enhancement of business systems and workflows to improve client engagement and service delivery. Generate new business, identify partnership opportunities, and grow existing accounts. Gather and document client and stakeholder requirements to inform system improvements and service offerings. Contribute to data reporting, dashboard creation, and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities and monitor account health. You’ll Bring A degree (or currently studying) in Business, Economics, Commerce, Marketing or a related field. Strong business acumen and a results‑driven mindset. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic organisation. Experience in sales or customer service environments. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach.
