CITIC Pacific Mining is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Maintenance to join our Processing team on a permanent 8/6 roster, FIFO ex Perth. Reporting to the Superintendent – Dry Area Maintenance, this role is responsible for all tasks related to the mechanical maintenance of the Dry Area’s equipment to increase plant reliability and availability to a standard that allows production targets to be met whilst ensuring that safety, quality and customer service are not compromised. In this role you’ll be responsible for: Health and safety of self and others Planning shutdown and execute shutdown process Execute the weekly maintenance plan Ensure all mechanical equipment is maintained to a high standard Maintain quality work reports (work orders) and record in the SAP system Promote continuous improvement Successful applicant will have: A current WA Driver’s Licence 5 years of experience in a leadership role in Processing Plant Crushing experience Knowledge of Permit to Work & Isolation requirements Knowledge of SAP system As an employee of CPM, we offer a range of benefits including leave benefits, personal and family benefits, education and training, salary sacrifice options, and lifestyle benefits through preferred suppliers.
