About the Role As a Development Officer, you'll work across our varied project portfolio gaining invaluable experience in multiple development sectors. From energy‑efficient land lease communities to thoughtfully designed commercial and residential projects, you'll contribute to developments that balance innovation, sustainability and commercial success. Key Responsibilities Assist in feasibility analysis and due diligence for new development opportunities Conduct site assessments and market research Research innovative construction methods and energy‑efficient solutions Liaise with consultants, councils and key stakeholders Assist with project coordination and documentation Monitor development timelines, budgets and sustainability targets About You Completed university degree in Property, Planning or related field University qualifications in Property, Planning, or Construction related fields Minimum 1 year experience as a Valuer, Property Professional or Town Planner (private sector experience essential) Interest in sustainable development and innovative property solutions Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Self‑motivated with keen attention to detail Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly to our South West projects including Margaret River region Australian citizenship is required for this position What We Offer Work on innovative projects that incorporate sustainable development practices Exposure to diverse, high‑quality developments Genuine career progression opportunities within a forward‑thinking company Learn from leaders who value both commercial success and environmental responsibility Competitive salary package Regular travel to stunning South West locations Build Your Career with Purpose Join a company that's proving good development means creating lasting value for communities, residents and the environment.
