Overview Please respond to the job if you are an Australian Citizen and residing in Australia and have an NV1 Clearance with an ability to obtain NV2 Clearance. Contract start 30/01/2023 to 29/01/2023, 2 x 12 months extensions. Australian Citizen, NV1 with ability to obtain NV2 Clearance, Canberra role. Job Criteria ITIL Foundations Certification or higher Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex work or outcomes in cross-functional team environments. An unrestricted ability to deploy to ADF military installations in support of constructive training events. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with frontline IT staff. Ability to conduct his or herself in a manner reflective of ADF values. 1-2 years industry IT experience, military experience or combination of the two. Alternatively, vocational qualifications in a closely related discipline. ADF Military experience, in either NCO or Commissioned Officer roles. Understanding of ADF Joint Doctrine. Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in Continual Process Improvement. Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) vendor certification, or higher. Personal Qualities and Experience: The ITSM Coordinator: Demonstrates process and procedure leadership and understands the relationship of his or her responsibilities to JCTB objectives. Demonstrates a commitment to professionalism, integrity and rigour. Behaves ethically and always acts in the best interests of the Australian Government in the workplace. Values and fosters effective workplace relationships; Acts independently to maintain his or her skills, mentor colleagues and/or proposes innovative workplace solutions for the benefit of JCTB. Security Prerequisite It is a prerequisite that the Information Technology Security Manager Coordinator Level hold an NV2 Security Clearance. This requirement may be waived if the candidate holds NV1 and is deemed suitable to apply for NV2, as per AGSVA eligibility guidelines.
