In this role, you’ll: Lead & Inspire – Take charge of a dynamic team, guiding them towards success with your expertise and passion. Mentor & Develop – Train and support new and existing coaches, fostering a positive and professional coaching environment. Grow the Program – Design, deliver, and promote engaging gymnastics programs that boost participation and keep athletes coming back. Drive Success – Play a key role in marketing, promotions, and membership growth while ensuring the financial success of the program. We are looking for someone with a strong coaching background (minimum Intermediate Coaching accreditation) who is eager to take their next career step in a leadership position.
