If you love sharing your knowledge, building a team of confident and capable coaches, and creating a thriving gymnastics community, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact Key Responsibilities Lead Inspire – Take charge of a dynamic team, guiding them towards success with your expertise and passion. Mentor Develop – Train and support new and existing coaches, fostering a positive and professional coaching environment. Grow the Program – Design, deliver, and promote engaging gymnastics programs that boost participation and keep athletes coming back. Drive Success – Play a key role in marketing, promotions, and membership growth while ensuring the financial success of the program. Role Progression This role has the potential to progress up to hours per week for the right applicant. Required Qualifications Hold an Intermediate Coaching accreditation (or higher) and technical membership with Gymnastics Australia / Gymnastics Queensland. Hold a Gymnastics Australia 'Supervisor Certificate'. Experience in the leadership and management of a Gymnastics / Gymsports Program (nice to have). Showcase your expertise in working with children, young adults, special needs, and socially challenged groups through sports and exercise. Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
