Holds a Fundamental Coach accreditation from Gymnastics Australia / Gymnastics Queensland 2. Willingness to work towards completing an Intermediate coaching accreditation through Gymnastics Australia. 3. Demonstrated ability to take direction and actively participate in all activities. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with young people. 5. Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments. 6. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. 7. Demonstrated ability to set up and pack down equipment. 8. Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook) 9.
