Job Description We are looking for 2 permanent part‑time kitchen assistants to join our Cafe team at our large manufacturing client site in Ballarat. You will be part of the kitchen team servicing our busy client site 24/7, responsible for making great coffees, general kitchen duties, counter service, and basic food preparation (sandwiches) all with a warm hello and a welcoming smile. If you don’t have barista skills, we will train you Who are we looking for? We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had previous experience in hospitality and you live in the Ballarat area. This role is flexible, requiring you to work various shifts based on the kitchen’s needs. You can expect to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Sunday as staffing is needed.
