Senior Merchandise Transformation Manager We are excited to invite a seasoned leader to drive the success of our enterprise-wide SAP S/4 Hana and Supplier Portal implementation. As the Merchandise Business Lead, you will embed the program into the delivery lifecycle, champion cross‑functional collaboration, and balance commercial vision with complex technical delivery. What You’ll Do Own the strategic direction of merchandising for the Enterprise SAP ERP implementation, bridging commercial vision with complex technical delivery. Lead a dedicated team of 5 Merchandise Subject Matter Experts, driving the end‑to‑end delivery of the ERP transition and new Partner Portal, from build, testing and cutover to hyper‑care and BAU. Act as the ultimate decision‑maker for all merchandising and trade supplier business outcomes, prioritising strategic objectives over operational demands. Build consensus among high‑interest stakeholders, managing conflicting requirements and maintaining a coherent merchandise product vision across multiple delivery teams. Champion change adoption, communicating the ‘Why’ of the transition and ensuring effective adoption of new processes, data readiness and supplier impacts into Business As Usual. Exercise critical judgment on technical trade‑offs, risk assessment and escalation of key dependencies to senior functional leadership. What You Bring 7+ years in senior merchandising or technology delivery roles within FMCG, including large‑scale merchandise technology programs. Strong merchandise domain knowledge, understanding retail management and supplier landscapes. Proven track record of managing complex vendor interactions and navigating Statements of Work delivery. Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence high‑interest stakeholders with potentially conflicting requirements. Demonstrated ability to make decisions with incomplete information, manage project risks, and effectively escalated issues.
