We are currently seeking a Digital Executive. About the Agency: They are an independent digital consultancy of 50 specialists, with a proven track record of success, serving clients from startups to top tiers. In recent years, they have experienced considerable growth and won clients not just in Australia but also North America. Overview: As a Digital Executive, you will manage a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients across various verticals, balancing in-platform execution, client management, and strategy development. You will be responsible for driving the success and growth of your clients' accounts and mentoring junior team members. You will be responsible for: Support the client portfolio’s success through in-platform campaign management, reporting, and strategic adjustments. Assist with developing media strategies tailored to clients' needs, defining budgets, channels, and targeting. Research and recommend new channels to reach client business goals effectively. Provide data-driven insights to clients and team members, identifying optimisation opportunities. Collaborate with digital teams to plan and deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Implement a test-and-learn approach to enhance team performance and efficiency. About you: 1+ years of experience in Paid Media, with a proven track record of managing performance campaigns or experience working with eCommerce clients. Analytical, solution-oriented, and organised in your work style. Proficient in tracking performance campaigns (Google Analytics, tagging, ad serving, etc.). A proactive and efficient working style, with a passion for mentoring and team collaboration. Ready to step up into a more senior role and take on new challenges.
