To support our Cairns operations, we are seeking qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join our tight-knit team and be part of Kinetic's growth journey. From general maintenance and repair tasks through to major engine component rebuilds, you’ll get a great variety of meaningful work across several vehicle makes and models. There’s no better time than now to join a leader in the bus industry Responsibilities The role covers general maintenance and repairs to heavy vehicle fleet, including opportunities to participate in major engine component rebuilds, and related diagnostics. Qualifications Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent Opportunity to upskill from Light Vehicle to Heavy Vehicle mechanic Previous experience in providing maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet Minimum MR license (HR license or above preferred but not essential) Exposure to diagnostics via computer-controlled systems is a bonus Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team About Us Kinetic Fleet Services (KFS) specialises in fleet maintenance servicing the bus industry across Australia.
